Preserve your JSK Jewelry from home

1. Avoid lotions, oils, and perfumes while wearing your JSK Jewelry. If you’re going to use these items remove your jewelry prior to use. It’ll prevent tarnish and discoloration over time.

2. Do not swim with your JSK Jewelry, chlorine causes sterling silver to turn black. The only way to remove the discoloration is to have it professionally cleaned by me. Which is a $30-$60 fee depending on the service needed.

3. You can use a brand new toothbrush and a pea size amount of dawn dish soap to clean your JSK Jewelry that has any oils or lotions present. The toothbrush must only be used for cleaning jewelry as any other chemical could damage the precious gem or metal. Dawn named brand dish soap is the industry standard. I do not recommend any other soap.

4. You can also use a Sunshine polishing cloth to clean your JSK Jewelry. This will bring your jewelry to the original beautiful shine that you had when your package arrived. I do sell them on my website.

5. Save your silica gel packets and store them in your jewelry box. They absorb moisture which will prevent tarnish and keep your JSK Jewelry looking like new.
